Sam Crandle – Business Development Director

Sam Crandle – Business Development Director.

Sam Crandle has worked in the charity and non-profit sector since 2008.  
She has delivered national youth programmes, created and run large employability programmes, developed a small CIC called Participation Through Sport and worked for charities including NSPCC & Catch22. All her work has been to support those who need us most including care leavers and those with barriers who need a bit of extra support.  

Sam Crandle Joined PossAbilities in December 2025 excited to work with an amazing team and support the organisation to grow and develop even further.  

Sam’s diverse experiences contribute to PossAbilities ambitions to remain innovative and create opportunities for people to live the life they choose.
