Amanda Higgs – Assistant Director, Quality, Performance and Compliance.

Amanda joined PossAbilities in 2016, bringing extensive experience from roles in RSLs, local authorities, and the Supporting People programme across Rochdale, Bury, and Kirklees. Her background includes quality assurance, contract management, and commissioning for adult social care and mental health services.

Outside work, Amanda is a big fan of football, rugby league, family time, and the occasional holiday – earning her the playful nickname “Judith Chalmers” among her colleagues.
