PossAbilities Named Health & Social Care Industry Winner in The Sunday Times Best Places to Work Awards 2026!

Last year was our first ever year entering the awards and we were absolutely thrilled to be recognised as one of the UK’s Best Places to Work. To now be named the winner for our sector just one year later is really special and means so much to us.

And what makes it all even more meaningful is that the awards are based entirely on feedback from our employees. This recognition reflects the culture our teams create every single day across PossAbilities and the way people support, encourage and look after one another.
