The Duvet Day
Any member of staff that completes a full year without absence gets to take a ‘duvet day’. That’s an extra paid day off when you want, with or without your duvet.
Whether you decide to snuggle up in bed, head for Morrison’s or have lunch in Monte Carlo, we really like to know what people get up to on their duvet day, so that we can share the stories with everyone else.

The Annual Prom & Awards Ceremony
Each year we ask staff to nominate colleagues who deserve to be recognised for going ‘above and beyond’ the call of duty. It’s a great night with a champagne reception and dinner followed by an ‘Oscar’s’ style ceremony – though without the tears.The Big Idea
We are always looking for ways to make our services better and to bring in new ideas wherever they may come from. Any member of staff can submit an idea using our really simple BIG IDEA form. It gets considered by the board and if we think it will work, we ask you to help us to make it happen.
